My most recent career move has seen me expand my knowledge into the world of human-centered design and applying it to brand strategy, digital engagement and event design. This experience gave me invaluable insights into how to use co-design and XD principles to create memorable brand identities and spacial design for our clients.
In the past year I’ve worked with Wildwon’s team of event producers, XD and spacial designers to create tailored brand experiences for VWT’s Breakthrough, RMIT’s Beyond Research and the Green Globe Awards, as well as Wildwon’s flagship event Purpose - an un-conference for purpose driven business leaders.

BOHEEM Art Director / Senior Designer
Looking for a new challenge in early 2015, I took a job at branding studio Boheem.
As well as exercising my design skills across web and print on a day-to-day basis, this new role required me to oversee three junior/midweight designers in everything from taking and dissecting a client brief to checking off final art.
The past 14 months here have seen me work on a number of large and small scale projects for not-for profit and charity based companies as well as a number of start-up brands. Boheem’s focus in the charity space was one of the factors that drew me to them, and taking lead of the UNICEF account has been one of my key responsibilities.

ENSEMBLE Senior Designer
At the end of 2013 I was tasked with re-designing the ‘Ensemble’ visual identity - unaware that six months later Airborne would actually merge into the Ensemble team itself.
This evolution has seen many new opportunities open up for me, including working on the ‘Target Style the Nation’ campaign, one of the first projects to include all of the Ensemble crafts (content, brand partnerships and activations as well as design and development) working together to create a truly integrated solution to a brief.
With an ever growing design team, my day-to-day tasks also grew to include mentoring and inspiring our new starters - a task I happily embraced.

AIRBORNE Senior Designer
My time here saw me deliver on a vast variety of client projects across print and digital as well as internal jobs for other IPG Mediabrands subsidiaries. This included helping UM with winning pitches for H&M and Coke by bringing their ideas to life visually.
Highlights include working across all aspects of the first fully integrated campaign for LEGO Duplo in Australia, including TVC storyboarding and designing all accompanying OOH, in-store and print collateral. The ‘Big Bricks for Little Hands’ campaign resulted in a significant increase in sales for LEGO Duplo Australia wide, as well as Airborne being briefed to work on a new Christmas TVC for LEGO in 2014.

CREATIVE BREEZE Graphic Designer
On my third day at Creative Breeze I was taken to my very first photo shoot for the Midford school uniform catalogue. This annual job would become one of the most rewarding to work on during my time at Creative Breeze.
Over the seven years Creative Breeze/Airborne have retained Midford, I have been responsible for many aspects of producing their catalogue; from talent selection and art direction to photo retouching, copywriting, illustration and layout design as well as direct client liaison.
It was during these first years of my design career that I honed my skills in Illustrator, Fireworks and InDesign, learnt industry standard processes for finished art and grew a much thicker skin.
